Playmobil () is a line of toys produced by the Brandstätter Group (Geobra Brandstätter GmbH & Co KG), headquartered in Zirndorf, Germany. The signature Playmobil toy is a 7.5 cm (3.0 in) tall (1:24 scale) human figure with a particular smiling face. A wide range of accessories, buildings and vehicles, as well as many sorts of animals, are also part of the Playmobil line.

"Playmobil in generel have a really bad customer service.. I will never purchased from playmobil again... I ordered something but discovered that the shipping fee was really high. So I wanted them to cancel the order (the same day as the order was given) but they refused eventhough the deliving time is 10 - 15 everyday...."

"Do NOT order from Playmobil USA! I have been trying for a month to get a refund for an order that they double charged me for. They are impossible to get a hold of by phone and incompetent by email. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card. The items I ordered that were carded arrived unglued and they would not make that right. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again. Buyer beware!"

"I had an extreamly bad experience with Playmobil. I ordered a large amount of merchandise from Playmobil online. When I got my order, I decided it wasn’t what I wanted so I wanted to return it. I called customer service who told me (very rudely) that they would send me a return authorization through my email. They then told me that if my order did not get to them by the end of the month that I would not be refunded until the end of the following month( 6 weeks away). It took 6 DAYS for them to email me the return authorization papers. I was told to take my product to the local UPS store to be shipped back. I went in only to find out returnshipping was $54.00!!!! WHAT?!?!?! So I called Playmobil and they again very rudely told me that I was basically out of luck. I am very frustrated that I had to spend more than half of what I paid for my merchandise to have it returned. This is very poor customer service by the company. I will NEVER shop with Playmobil again!!!!!"

"I have to say that even if I am a big fan of Playmobil, the customer care has been very bad and I don’t believe I will be ordering directly from their website ever again. They charge the full amount upon ordering the items (which makes sense) but if something is missing when you receive your order, you are in for a ride. 1. Upon receiving my order I had called them to let them know one item was missing. The person checked with the warehouse and told me “Yeah we are out of stock”... We only refund on fridays so you should get it within 1 or 2 weeks. Here I have to say that it was a very bad communication. They never informed me one item was missing, and I had to pro-actively contact them to request a refund. 2. A month later, I had not received any news so I emailed them and they told me that I would receive it within 1 or 2 weeks 3. I escalated a claim via Paypal as they still have not been able to process my refund, apologize for the poor experience or do anything at all. If they are not capable of doing direct business, just sell via resellers..."
